For 23 years Turntech Engineering Limited has manufactured precision-machined components for a wide range of companies across multiple sectors of mechanical production.
We specialise in volume production on fully automated bar-fed CNC turning centres. Batch quantities can range from 100 parts to runs of many thousands.
All of our machines are fully capable of running unmanned 24 hours per day. This provides the means to supply high precision components very economically. All machines are fitted with sub spindles, fully automated bar loading and driven tooling capabilities.
This allows us to produce both simple and complex components very efficiently. These machines can produce both ends of a turned component and also complete any milled features required.
By minimising human intervention we are able to achieve higher accuracy and reduce costs.
